When you as a customer have put what you want to buy in the shopping cart, you proceed to the checkout to fill in all your information, then you press the "Proceed to BTCPay" button. Now you will be redirected to another page where you can buy Bitcoins with card and send it to our wallet.

And to pay with Bitcoins, you need to buy it with a card from another site that sells Bitcoins and then send it to the wallet address that appears on our payment page so that we get the money. Don't worry, we will link a page below where you can easily buy by card so the money is sent to us.

When you have pressed the link and entered Mercuryo's website, you copy the Bitcoin amount that you see on the payment page to which you were redirected and enter it or paste it into the box on Mercuryo's website where you fill in the amount of Bitcoins you want to buy , there will also be a small fee added (around SEK 10-20) which we cannot control unfortunately. When you have found the price you have to pay, you can also change the currency you want to pay in to SEK if you want by pressing the currency that is displayed, but it doesn't matter that much. (IMPORTANT that you fill in the Bitcoin amount you want to buy and do not fill in the amount in SEK you want to buy because otherwise our website will not register that you sent us your payment.)

When you have filled in the Bitcoin amount and pressed the Buy button, you must also fill in our wallet address so that we receive your payment and so the website registers your purchase. You can also copy the wallet address from our payment page and paste it. Then press the Continue button and choose whether you want to pay with Google pay or whether you'd rather pay with a credit or debit card. We recommend Google pay if you have it, otherwise you choose Credit or debit card. If you have Google pay, you do not need to fill in and verify your email. If you choose Credit or debit card instead, you will have to fill in your email and then you will receive a confirmation code sent there that you must fill in to verify yourself. After you have done this, you fill in your card details and pay.

Go back to our payment page and wait for the payment to go through. When the payment has gone through, you will see our Thank You page and receive an order confirmation sent to your email.
